Trade show/customer appreciation program for a financial services institution that wanted to host their Latin American customers, build relationships and introduce new services. (1200 people)
Technology at sea was in its infancy several years ago when our client asked us to coordinate a debit-card swipe system to incentivize customer attendance at their multi-lingual educational sessions aboard our recommended ship. They also needed trade show exhibit space wired for use by their program sponsors, and a logo store capable of handling point-of-sale transactions. Could any ship comply?
A major financial institution wanted to educate their Caribbean and Latin American bankers on new products and services. Using the space around the ship, Landry & Kling staged a mini-trade show aboard the Nordic Empress with 15 booths (pipe-and-drape), a store for logo items, and a debit-card swipe system that both tracked the cardholder as well as gave them credit for attending each business session. In addition, the business sessions were offered in three languages.
We’ve also managed French-language incentive programs for a Canadian insurance company and provided bi-lingual staff.
